Culture Cafe strives to unite cultures and food by serving small plates, a uniquely communal dining experience where the only thing more stimulating than the culinary collision of flavors from different cultures is the company of those around you. Culture Cafe offers a selection of cuisines that will surprise your palette with no limitations on “taste,color or boarders”.
Culture Cafe is a David Everett Restaurant by Scott Hoyland and Louise Wood. Their team is excited to offer an eclectic industrial bohemian environment were people can lounge and enjoy a cup of coffee or quickly grab a unique meal during the day or share small plates and drinks with friends and family at night!

Culture’s menu is comprised entirely of Small Plates which are as diverse as their origins. Dishes are designed for you to enjoy more than one selection or share multiple dishes with friends. We strive to keep it simple; unpretentious yet thought provoking but always relaxed, order for you or for the table we will serve each dish as it is prepared. Cheers!

Scott has been in charge of the kitchen at Blue Talon Bistro for 12 years, so he is super excited to be playing around with a crazy mix of cuisines, flavors, techniques and cultures.

After opening both Blue Talon Bistro and The Trellis, Louise took to renovating and painting our entire space like it was nothing. In fact, if you are considering a remodel, she’d love to come to your house and help…

With 3 restaurants, a bakery and a bottle shop, what David really needed was something to occupy his free time, so joining in with Scott & Louise was the only logical step…
